i woke up this morning and when i was getting dressed i notice some liquid on my left boob. it wasn't much,just a drop but wen i squeezed it more came out. theres not much there,it's like the amount of blood that comes from a pin prick every time i squeeze them. it's foggy stuff. i'm on the pill and haven't missed one or taken one late so i don't think i'm pregnant. is there anything else it could be??????

It could be similar to a phantom pregnancy, my guess would be from the hormone changes of the pill. Are you sure you're not pregnant? You should probably do a test to be on the safe side, if it's negative, I would definitely see your doctor. I'm sure it's nothing serious, but best to check it anyway. Good luck.

Outside of pregnancy it is called galactorrhoea which can be a side effect of the pill, certain antidepressants and other psychiatric medication. Probably nothing to worry about but check with your doctor as he/she may change the brand of pill you are on or look at any other meds you may be taking.

Yup. It is most likely a prolactin imbalance. (A lot of women get this when taking the pill, and after) Not to worry. See your doc if you think it is enough to be a problem, or you are really worried about it. The doc will do some bloodwork. Mine just says "Don't encourage it" Of course that makes me want to say "As if!" LOL

Hi Karen.Go to the doctors today.It may be something like an infection, but any changes in the breast should be looked at by a qualified medical person as soon as possible.

me too! my boobs have been leaking for around 4/5 months now.
advise you to go to doctors, they should examine your breasts and do homone blood tests! could be result of the pill you are on.
- mine all came back normal, nothing to worry about! still got 'leaky boobs' though!

my best advice to you would be get to the docs,, it probably nothing but you can never be sure,,,, if u have had children this is sometimes normal even yrs after giving birth,, another reason can be pituarty problems.......the colour you describe does not sound too alarming but it sure needs checking out so go to the docs hun good luck xx

some of the hormones in the pill make you produce milk.i wouldnt worry too much.go to the doctor anyway just to make sure.

i had this and wasn't pregnant doc said hormones to blame but would see doc just to make sure as you could still be pregnant or could be something else

go to your doctor asap any change in your boobs need checking out so does any leaking

sometimes the wrong "pill" will make them produce milk.
you may have a weed (cold in the breast)
