Hi: yes I was one of the ones that answered your question before, and still maintain that having been around beavers all my life, under normal circumstances a beaver will not attack,
but try to get out of your way.
His tail is the most dangerous part of him, and will slap the dog out of you if he feels trapped or cornered.
This article was from Sweden and also had a lady with a pencil stuck in her head, these are not everyday happenings.
Last night on the news I saw where a panda bear ripped a mans clothes off, these are all very isolated cases.
And sorry, but I still defend the beaver.....thank you

No (pauses to gain his composure), but I have had a run in with one or two.
We used to live in the country and a couple of beavers tried to build their home on our pond. They were cutting down all the beautiful trues around the lake. Finally we had to call the Game Warden. He got the beavers out and safe with any attacks.

That's such a funny thought. I immediately thought of that beaver on that commercial with Abraham Lincoln. Now, I am going nuts trying to remember the name of the medicine. LOL.
Oh, gosh that's a terrible story. I feel sorry for the grandmother but the beavers too. Why can't they just remove them and take them somewhere else instead of killing them?

It seems so unfair to kill them. People were infringing in their environment Ten to one it was a mother. You don't even mess with a human mother's baby.
