There's two parts. First you have to be careful and conscientious with money you handle. Organization and accuracy help to protect the profit that goes towards paying your salary.

Second, treat the customer the way you would like to be treated. Better yet treat them as you would your mother or another person you respect and care for. Smile and remember their purchase is meaningful to them and pays your salary.
