The best thing you can do right now is get involved in the wrestling program at your school, assuming it has one. You can also sign up for amateur wrestling camps in your area. You'll at least learn the basic wrestling moves and get a taste of the training wrestlers need to go through.

Once you are older, most likely 18, you can go to a pro wrestling school. There are several around the country, and doing a quick search on the web will give you a whole list of them.

After you finish a wrestling school, you'll probably end up on the indy scene to begin with, and then you just have to hope someone from WWE or TNA notices you.

Try amateaur wrestling its a plus in most schools
IM 14 focus on a skill like a martial art or gymnastics it can get you better skills when you old enough to go in a school
94 percent of wrestling schools wont train you unless your 18

SNAP!
i wanna be a diva!
but one that wrestles!
and since im not old enough to go to wrestling school just yet, ive tried some things at home...
i recommend that you do some simple domestic exercises every morning to start off the day, ie push ups, scrunch ups etc
plus, because youre 12, youve got school right?
well try some school activities...
i mean if they offer judo or karate or any other combat sport then go for it!
and believe it or not, gym can contribute a lot to your bodys flexibilty...which is really important to a wrestler!
hmmm....what else?
oh yeah, go for jog around your block or something everyday...this boosts your stamina a lot and if you can, try walking to school whenever possible, it strengthens your legs apparently!
dont strain yourself with lifting weights, wait until youre like 15 - if you start too young youll end up built...but short!
DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT try high risk moves - if you injure yourself really badly youll probably miss out on your dream just because you couldnt wait until wrestling school
and finally, remind yourself everyday of your goal, why youre doing all of this
follow your dreams and keep heart and you never know...i might see you in the wwe one day!
good luck hun!

you're so young and to be able to be a good wrestler you have to gain good body mass. u shud b in college for u to be able to lift weights in gyms. i u try the weights u'l never gain good height (w/h is very important in wrestling).

i suggest u watch martial arts videos and start appreciating the forms. imitate some moves so you get familiar w/ the skill bfor u reach age 18 and start the weights.
