You could do *shivers*, or "brr!" Although "brr" is not in the dictionary, most people will understand what it means.
If all else fails, just say "it's cold!".

I don't think there is, but I usually see it with at least 2 r's (Brr). Sometimes I see more than that, I don't think it matters though.

Depends on how cold it is..if it's really cold, it's brrrrrrrrrrrrrr.. if it's a bit warmer than that, then it is brrrr.

you can emphasize it by adding more Rs..
so in reading, you can assume that "BRRRRRRR" is colder than "brr.."
