Awarded lots in Fort Bonifacio, Philippines?

I would like to know if it is safe to buy a lot from military officers? My husband and I are planning to buy a lot in AFPOVAI. I know this area used to be for military officers only but now they've opened it up to the public. If we buy there legally, is there any legal means that the government can take it back from us? Maybe not now but in the future?

Unless the lots are titled in the Civil Registry, you can buy and it is safe. If not, do not dare to buy because you might find yourself in the losing end.

Don't take the risk, buy property in the USA.
