I know the reason for not showing liquor or beer comsumption on TV. But, how come actors only place their lips on the rim of a glass and let the liquid touch them but never take a real drink??
Is there some reason they wont drink if so what is that reason?
Am I the only person who notices this?

So what about in the case of water? Are some of you telling me that they have prop water? And they do NOT allow liquor or beer comsumption to be shown on television, I am asking about other liquids.

I notice that too. I suppose it saves the hassle of no good takes if they spill the drink or choke or dirty their mouths. Worst dirtying the rented clothes they are wearing, expecially if they are expensive. Dunno, this is my take.
I did do some extras before, in a ball scene. Funnily we do get to drink and yes REAL CHAMPAGNE. lol... However after few no good takes, they replaced it with zapple.

It does look difficult to have self assurance they are no longer having intercourse pondering the way some scenes are shot and how they seem on the reveal, and that i meant it somewhat is a threat, yet in ninety 9.99999% of the situations they are no longer. of course Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer fell in love and have been given married after a pair seasons of appearing on real Blood wherein they performed a pair who had generic intercourse. that is somewhat difficult to have self assurance they did no longer have intercourse on the set as their very own relationship took shape. you will would desire to ask one in each of them whether or no longer they did IT for the duration of the filming.

Because there are no bathrooms in HOLLYWOOD!
No outhouses either!
Nowhere to go peepee!
If you can't go peepee, what's your mama say?
Limit your liquids!
HAHAHAHAHA
Now for my real answer!
I hear that they have to do many take, especially in commercials.
Did you see the Burger King commercial with Homer Simpson? Nobody told him he didn't have to eat all the burgers in every take.
But he's a yellow , two demensional cartoon so nobody cares!

It is because they usually have to do a lot of takes. Imagine drinking 20 drinks of something... Talk about a stomach ache!

Uh no, I think you are thinking too much into this.
Why else would an advertisement pay an actor/actress to drink something if they wouldn't?
They HAVE to put the drink to their mouths in order to get their paycheck!!!
DUH!
Did you not watch the XGAMES??????? I will never again drink Monster or Red Bull again. F* ing sell outs
