It was originally amended by Republicans after Democrat Franklin Roosevelt has been elected for three terms. I would find it ironic that those same Republicans would want to amend the Constitution so that Bush could have three terms. Besides, it takes may years to add an amendment. Bush would be long gone by that time. Who knows, maybe by that time, it would be a Democrat in office who would be able to take advantage of the change
