Teen group costume ideas?

For school im part of a freshman welcoming commitie and we have this day when we introduce them to the school and havea lot of games and stuff. well for that day we are supposed to come up with costumes for the group like all in one theme. Does anyone have any ideas that would be easy to create that do not take too much time or money. im not a very crafty person but i still want them to look good :)

Some previous ideas were soda cans, survivors, and the characters from sailor moon.

Have everyone dress up as a pillow case person. Each of you needs a white (or solid colored pillowcase) that you mom doesn't mind you having as it will never be the same again. Then draw or paint (or whatever medium fits your fancy) faces, add hair or bows just be creative. Then each of you wears a pair of jeans to be identical. The pillowcases go over your heads using your hands to hold up the corners and you have a pillow case person. Practice a little skit or dance and you will have your classmates laughing. Cost one of mom's unneeded pillowcases and a little imagination. Have fun with your project. If this doesn't make sense write back and I will try to be more descriptive.

Not sure where you live but if geographically appropriate you could dress up as cowboys and cowgirls with jeans, jean skirts, plaid shirts and cowboy hats. Hats are usually easy to borrow or find at a costume place for a reasonable price. Shirts at a second hand store.

Put on a coconut bra and a grass skirt with a flower in your hair.

you should be m&ms or skittles just buy a colored shirt draw a white S or M in white (maybe fabric marker or paint) and wear white pants or whatever you want. you could also paint your face.

Dress up like flight attendents, but have it say like your schools name or is initials.
