Does this mean all undocumented workers? American Citizens and Illegal Immigrants? A15/16 year old teen mowing lawns, washing cars, and earning pocket money? The terms used get quite confusing at times.

You can do the babysitting and the mowing the law without a work permit. But you must be a ctitzen.

The term is further evidence of the softening of the English language to avoid calling things what they really are. The true term is illegal alien.
