take a look and you might catch them slipping in the offices and bathrooms hiding out yet they will try to put others down for the same, maybe a few slipped photos of these actions just might help in this mater what do you thank.

Nurses smoke in the designated smoking areas. I have known and seen lots of nurses that smoke, even though it's kind of hypocritical. Lawyers usually smoke in the designated smoking areas as well. I knew a lawyer though that never smoked at work but she would come home and chain smoke. Funny how she wanted to preserve her image at work. I don't know any doctors or judges that smoke nor have I knowingly seen any smoking, but I would imagine that they would go to designated smoking areas too.

They do not need to go anywhere for a cigarette except outside, depending on their profession.
For doctors and nurses, there are a lot of gardens and patios specifically designed for the smoker, which allows an area of freedom for the individual and still be on hand in emergencies.
Lawyers, senators, business people of all types don't really need to slip into the bathroom, when all that is needed is a quick step onto the footpath outside the building.

Depends on where they are. Most Md's and nurses do not smoke!
Anyway, at a large local hospital with a massive campus, the hospital actually made sort of an area that is out of view from everyone and they pretend it does not exist! Each have their own I suspect. Many at Hospitals smoke in their car!
