What exactly is your question? Sure, if you pretended to be gay, and into a specific guy, and are reasonably attractive, you could actually probably make a gay guy fall for you, if you are a man. The thing is, why would you want to? Yea, you could make 200$. However if you are female, do not expect to win this bet. Anyway, when you actually have a question, come back and ask one.

To take the bet and make this student fall for you, only to have you dump him because you're not gay, is just plain cruelty. He may be gay, you may not like gays (I don't know), but the guy's got feelings, too. He's no different than you in that department.
Put it all in reverse: How would you like to have the most untouchable, unattainable girl in school hit on you and make nicey-nicey, then dump you when you've fallen for her and she's won the bet her girlfriends put her up to? You would be hurt, wouldn't you? Who wouldn't be hurt?
There's better ways to make money, ways that don't hurt people's feeling.
Oh, and don't forget: High-school-age boys are prone to greater depression than their adult counterparts. If you did this, and he killed himself over it as a result, how would that make you feel? How would that make your friends feel? Don't play this cruel game. You might not like the results.
What you should be doing is: Talk to him. Maybe even make friends with him. Make it clear you're straight and set boundaries accordingly. Then tell him what your friends tried to put you up to. He'll respect the hell out of you that 1)you told him, and 2)you didn't actually play this cruel prank on him. You might surprise yourself by making a good, decent friend out of the whole thing.
Good luck.

First of all, are you a girl trying to make the gay guy like you or are you a guy trying to make the gay guy like you as a joke? I can't tell by your avatar or your screen name.
In either case, it's very cruel to pretend like you like anyone when you don't. Especially for money. Is it worth $200 to hurt someone's feelings? Sometimes mean things that happen to us in school get carried along with us for the rest of our lives.
You should think of one thing and you have your answer: Treat others as you want to be treated.

I have a feeling you're going to win the bet. I hope he doesn't get hurt. This sounds cruel.

Don't do it! It's bound to come back on you in a way you might not like.... Find another way to get $200 if you want it that badly.
