You can interpret it the way you'd like gang. I often ask vaguely to see what people have to say.

That will have to depend on what type of injuries you're referring to. Here is the list of injuries sustained by a person :-

Common types of injuries

* Bruise is a hemorrhage under the skin caused by contusion. (Heal Quickly)

* Wound: cuts and grazes are injuries to or through the skin, that cause bleeding (i.e., a laceration). (Heal Slowly)

* Burns are injuries caused by excess heat, chemical exposure, or sometimes cold (frostbite). (Heal Slowly)

* Fractures are injuries to bones. (Heal Slowly)

* Joint dislocation is a displacement of a bone from its normal joint, such as a dislocated shoulder or finger. (Heal Slowly)

* Concussion is mild traumatic brain injury caused by a blow, without any penetration into the skull or brain. (Heal Slowly)

* Sprain is an injury which occurs to ligaments caused by a sudden over stretching; a strain injures muscles. (Heal Quickly)

* Shock is a serious medical condition where the tissues cannot obtain sufficient for oxygen and nutrients. (Depending on a person's medical history)

* Amputation is the removal of a body extremity by trauma or surgery. (Heal Slowly and can be due to emotional pain too)

Serious bodily injury is any injury or injuries to the body that substantially risks death of the victim.

Cheers :)

On the outside I heal rather quickly, but on the inside it takes awhile. I am a sensitive person. But as they say time heals all wounds, and I have learned that you have to let it take its course. In the process I don't dwell on it and won't bring anyone else down around me. In time one door closes and another opens with the hope that its the last door. But in times that I hurt I look at the great things in my life, such as my son and realize that I am truely lucky and all will be ok.

I'm a very emotional person JC, but I do forgive fairly easily when I'm hurt. I think I heal on the surface, deeper scars take a while longer.

Physically - I would say I heal pretty quickly...

Emotionally - This seems to be slower than the slowest snail on the path! My heart has been broken so many times, the duct tape that holds it together, is not so effective anymore!

Quickly physically...Slowly emotionally

Laughing on the outside, crying on the inside....that song had it right.

Try not to show my feeling to anyone except the ones really close to me, and can't hide anything from them even when I try....

I can count the times on one hand I have really been deeply hurt, to the point of it leaving a broken heart.... And honestly it took me two years to wake Up, and realize I was gonna be OK, and that Love was right in front of me...

The worst times I was hurt were isolated with two people in my life... The heart heals in ways unimaginable with the grace of God guiding the way.... ♥
