No. ONe day you will hit 40 and your metablolism will start to slow down and you could get fat. Peanut butter is loaded with fat and partially hydrogenated oils. Put on the headphones and listen to some music and sing along. Talk to a friend. It will pass.

Well if you in a bad mood get together with your husband/boyfriend and do some matress magic, unless they are the reason you are in a bad mood. I always find that matress magic puts me in a better mood, you know now that I think of it, now I know why I am always in a bad mood!!!
