Yes, I have friends who are past menopause and have said that they still get aroused easily.
I would recommend checking with your doctor as well for additional information.

Estrogen loss leads to the drying and thinning of the vaginal walls, as well as a decrease in vaginal lubrication. These changes affect up to 45% of menopausal women. Oral HRT or vaginal estrogen creams or suppositories can alleviate this process for most women.
Various moisturizers (e.g., Replens) also are available without prescription. These not only moisturize, but also increase vaginal elasticity. These products must be used for at least three months to reach full effectiveness. Regular sexual intercourse or self-stimulation also may improve vaginal lubrication over time, with or without estrogen replenishment .

Yes, I still get wet, but the problem is getting aroused in the first place. I find that I have absolutely no interest in sex these days (only 49), but on the rare occasions that I am in the mood there is no problem with lubrication.

Yes, if hormones are balanced. Most menopausal women take hormone "supplements", such as estrogen, which corrects that situation.
