you don't have to worry about a thing at age 14 your not old enough to sign a legal binding contract.
The company who sold it to you will drop it if you tell them your age and tell them to stop harassing you.Don't let them bully you and don't act scared stand up to them.

I'm not sure that the music company can do much to a minor. I don't think they are supposed to sell to someone your age. Did you write them and tell them that you did not receive the cd? Can you ask your parents to call/write them? They can vouch that you did not receive the cd and threaten them if they ruin your credit and ask them why they sold to a minor. You are not of legal age and I don't think you can be held responsible. Those type of places are used to people who order and then don't pay so they threaten all kinds of things to intimidate people who will fall for their tactics. Just tell them you never received the cd and are not going to pay for the cd, the interest or anything you did not receive. You do well to put that in writing and mail it to them or both. You have the right to contact the attorney general of your state and make a complaint. You have to read all the rules and do exactly what they ask. Keep a record of all your phone calls and letters. They will ask what solution you want and that is that the cost of the cd and all interest and charges be removed from your name and your good credit restored. Also tell them that you are only 14 and they are trying to intimidate you. With this knowledge, tell the music co you are turning them in and you don't appreciate them threatening a 14 year old when they are the ones at fault. I hope this helps-tell your parents. . .

If your credit card still has sufficient credit line on it,you might want to call BMG or send them an email explaining the situation you are having right now. Second of all, call your credit card company if there any rules or restrictions that you might not know regarding making payments to your expenses. On BMG website, you can submit this incident to the customer service section and I don't think that it will take long for them to reply your email. And ultimately, these are the last resource for you to reach.Call these number
BMG MUSIC 317-692-9200
BMG MUSIC 317-542-6655
They are BMG phone numbers.
Good luck with that.
