Yes, I do. I'm not sure what that is referring to, but it doesn't really matter. Think about it, All of ya non-believers; It "cuts" the deepest because it was most likely the first time it had ever happened to you. Think about the first time you kissed someone, it's probably still fresh in your memory, right? You remember it so well not only because it was new and exciting, but because you had never felt anything quite like it.

its the first love and when and if it ends it hurts so much. i am not over my first love and i dont think i can ever be over him.
the first cut is the deepest becasue ur going into it unknowing the future and how a break up is gonna be if one should happen. but after have ur second or third love yeah it still painful but u understand that there is more to life than just a significant other!
all i can say is my first cut was very deep and pains me till this day!!

I believe it does only if you have truly never given your heart to another. After the first love and loss than I learned to hold back a piece of yourself for save keeping until I am committed to a person for good.

The first cut...... you are unprepared, have no defenses set up, your physical self prepares for subsequent pain, and your mind becomes aware that you can survive anything less then a fatal blow. We are amazingly resilient creatures.

Yes I agree. The 1st time you get hurt it hurts worse cause you haven't been hurt before.

no one ever hurts you more than your first love. all the break ups after that one doesn't ever seem so bad. more than likely, you've developed a little bit of a callous towards relationships that allow you to not be so hurt when it ends.
