It is easy to do face to face......you turn to them, look deeply in their eyes and say in a soft loving voice "I miss you so much".....on-line, this is much harder to do because you can't get the same effect. Atleast on the phone, they can hear your voice and that adds more of a personal touch. Some people like to give flowers, or personalized cards, or teddy bears...there are many ways of doing it. The important part is that you you do in a way that they will understand how you really feel. "I miss you" can be a powerful statement so you need to be sure that is the message you really want to communicate.....people can interpet this as petty with little meaning or as a very romantic sentiment.

For fun...say it in a different language... I miss you so much.....
"Mi manchi molto in Italian" in Italian
"tu me manques tellement" in French

Hope this helps......

I don't know that there is a best way to do that... I think just saying it or writing it.. depending on your options for communicating with that person...

I miss you.

It's pretty powerful all by itself... I know one thing though! I have a personal rule. I never tell anyone I miss them when the sun is not out. Meaning after dark. Because I am not at my best emotionally usually, and maybe I might have a moment of weakness... so only say that if the sun is shining and it's daytime!

If I get to tell him on the phone, he will hear me cry after I said the three words "I miss you".

I don't know whether this is the best way or not, I just feel I would right now.

The heart feels like it is fluttering and you may have trouble sleeping. But if it is true love, the person can relax, as he/she is in a real relationship.
