You can go pretty much anywhere except the clubs, lounges, and the casino gaming areas.

While you wont be able to go on the gaming floors and do any gambling...there are plenty of things to do in Vegas.
1. See the free shows offered at the Hotels.
2. Walk around the many malls located inside the Hotels.
3. Go see a Vegas show. There are so many. prices range from cheap to expensive.
4. goto some of the 18+ night clubs.
5. ride some of the rollercoaster rides at the Hotels.
6. visit Downtown and see the laser light show at night.

just buy some tickets to a couple of shows. You'll be able to hang out in the casinos, just not play. Im not too sure about the clubs, but you can go play games at circus circus. Seriously, shows are your best bet. Blue man group is fun.

Try the Bellagio art gallery then hit the buffet. It may be the best buffet in the world.

go see cirque du soleil LOVE. not sure if thats the correct spelling. uuuummmmmmmm, go to fremont street and see the lazer show, know anyone 21+ that looks just like you?
