I don't know about Fred, but in the June 30th online interview Rowling did through her British publisher we learned who killed Lupin and Tonks in the Battle for Hogwarts. Poor Tonks fell to her cousin Bellatrix. So in the series Ballatrix kills two of her cousins, first Sirius and now Tonks. And Dolohov kills Lupin.

"J.K. Rowling: I'm so sorry! I met a couple on launch night who had come dressed as Lupin and Tonks, and I felt dreadfully guilty as I signed their books!
J.K. Rowling: Remus was killed by Dolohov and Tonks by Bellatrix."

JKR answered in an interview ...

Casey Kunze: Who killed remus and tonks I think if I knew this, I would get some closure over the very sad, but understandable, death of two of my favorite characters
J.K. Rowling: Remus was killed by Dolohov and Tonks by Bellatrix.

Dolohov was in a few duels .. pity no-one did something like snap his wand earlier.
Tonks blamed herself for not beating Bellatrix in book 5 (OotP)allowing her to kill Sirius. Bellatrix is then tormented by Voldemort in the 1st chapter of the 7th (DH) about her neice marrying a werewolf - they were out to get each other.

Fred coped it when the castle was damaged .. it may have been a giant

Tineke: Did teddy grow up living with his grandmother?
J.K. Rowling: Yes, Teddy was raised by Andromeda.
J.K. Rowling: However, unlike Neville, who was also raised by his grandmother
J.K. Rowling: Teddy had his godfather, Harry, and all his father's friends in the Order, to visit and stay with.

You're correct. The book doesn't say who killed Tonks or Lupin, although it does say that Lupin was seen dueling Dolohov which makes it plausible that Dolohov killed him. It was in an interview for The Leaky Cauldron website after DH came out that JKR confirmed that Lupin was killed by Dolohov, and said that Tonks was killed by Bellatrix. EDIT - for SM: By the time we get to the scene where Molly was dueling Bellatrix, Tonks and Lupin were already dead. If I remember correctly, Harry sees their bodies when he's on his way to the Forbidden Forest to meet Voldemort, and the Molly/Bellatrix duel happens after Harry meets Voldemort and the scene has shifted from the forest back to Hogwarts.

J.K. Rowling said in an interview that Dolohov killed Lupin, and Bellatrix killed Tonks......but I'm not sure who killed Fred? I think Bellatrix as well, but I'm not sure.
