Hey, I have a website and I wanna have streaming music, the jukebox I am gonna use is flash and xml and the music's location will not be disclosed and all of the music I have copied of a cd...so is it illegal or are there ways to make it legal?

Not legal unless you have an agreement with BMI.

it is legal if you pay royalty and satisfy reporting requirements. you will need to make 2 payments, 1 for "performance" of the music composition, you arrange this with ASCAP, BMI or SESAC, but fees are minimal for non-commercial use. 2 for "playing" of the recording with RIAA. they now collect a $500 a year minimum charge, plus require you to keep a record of every person and every play.
