Im looking for christmas light strings with some bulbs that are brighter than normal. And im not looking for LED's.
Looking for red, blue, green, and white.

there are several types of lights: Minis, C-6, C-9, etc. Depending on what you want to spend, versus the candle power you seek, you will need to decide what you want.
As far as the brightest, those would be the clear lights.

I would generally agree with envirodude, but I have looked and it looks like that LED lights are the brightest but I am not sure what to get other than that. I found some sites but they are all led
