It just hurts so bad, when I get up from sitting or sleeping.
I'm 16.
Even if I sit for 10 seconds, when I get up, it hurts and gets sore.
Does anybody have ideas why?

The sacroiliac joint is the joint between the sacrum, at the base of the spine, and the ilium of the pelvis, which are joined by ligaments. It is a strong, weightbearing synovial joint with irregular elevations and depressions that produce interlocking of the bones.

Inflammation of this joint may be caused by sacroiliitis, one cause of disabling low back pain. With sacroiliitis, the individual may experience pain in the low back, buttocks and thighs. If you've ever fallen on your tail bone, this might be the cause. See a doctor about pain relief.

Maybe you injured it. I fell one time (on my taibone) and, although it didn't hurt right away, it hurt later and for a long time.
