The "flipped" versions of the characters are entirely different symbols from a system called "unicode" that are substituted.

A few of the substitutions are simple --for instance, we already know that the following letters..
"b" and "q" , "d" and "p", "n" and "u".
And, of course, substituting the opposite parenthesis or bracket is simple.

For the rest, you need to have the specific numeric code for each. That can be tedious to do by hand.
