Compare the two. Lose a shoe from a bratz doll and there is only a spindle instead of a foot. Think about all of the barbie shoes that has gotten lost. They still have their feet unlike bratz. Barbie besides the my scene ones looks normal in head size. The makeup is more visible to the child in the bratz because of the large head. The clothes on the body looks even more revealing in corolation to the huge head. Barbie's head is smaller which gives less space for the heavy makeup of the bratz. It stands out less because of that size. The clothes do not appear that bad as bratz because the head is not so much larger than the body. The original first Barbie NRFB still has a value of $25,000 today. Do you think that the first Bratz will be worth that after 59 years?

Barbie totally..
For the reason that bratz feet come off and kids end up loosing all the parts..
Barbies are so much better and have been around for much longer..

I prefer barbie to be honest, but the model of what she was as an icon years ago, to what she has become now, while trying to compete with the bratz image for childrens amusement has saddened me as a collector. When I was a kid, I didnt want anything other than Barbie, because she was stylish and awesome, with the greatest accessories. The Bratz portray to kids that life is all about "bling" and you have to have a certain "ghetto" image to be able to get anywhere. Nothing against anyone who has grown up in one, or gotten out of one to become something decent, but it seems that the hiphop culture is trying to give this image of money, cash and hos is what its really about in life, and theres nothing wrong with being illiterate. But then again, who the hell wants to buy a bloated overweight doll thats PMSing with a Mcdonald's uniform on?

I would pick Bratz, even though I hate them with a burning passion. The girl two spaces above me is right! Bratz do look like sluts. But everytime I see a Barbie, I think of all the ones I made my dog chew up. >:)

BARBIE!!! Although I am aware that their bodies a re very disporportioned, at least their feet don't snap on and off ALso, Barbie became president, an astronaut, and a scientist. All Bratz became were a bunch of sluts that teach girls to be like that.
