Just curious, what's the most strict state as far as motorcycle laws? I live in Sconsin, so it's pretty lenient, as far as noise and such.

wyomingrider I feel is correct about California being the strictest.
For years, Harley had "California" models, and "49" state models, having to do with the decibels of the exhaust.

I would have to hazard a guess as California being the strictest state. Motorcycles sold in that state have extra emission controls built in. Some bikes even have different cam lobes installed to reduce emissions.

I know nothing about noise restrictions, but the "and such" you have mentioned is likely more restrictive in California.

ahhhh that would be Forida one reason is that we can ride all year long and we also have :
Daytona Bike Week...
Biketoberfest...
and Leesburg Bike Fest...
But the State and the cops that enforce these laws are getting better cause they are jumping on the wagon and starting to ride,Bikers bring in a big cash flow to comunities.Jeese took them long enough time to notice that huh LOL!!!
