go to live in another country, with a different language, far away from your family and friends, don't use Internet or phone, get a new wardrobe, eat the local food, don't read or watch news from the old country, change religion and moral values, and have fun.....

I don't think that it is possible for anyone to turn their life completely around in 21 days.
I think it would be enough time to get it started, but not see it to its full extent because the effects would be life long. It takes a long time for most of the emotional cultivation to develop, much longer than 21 days.

I suppose it would depend on where you think you are in life in order to turn around. If you have life with lots of money it won't take 21 days to give it away. If you are drug free it won't take even 21 days to become addicted to many drugs. If you are using destructive behavior and want to turn from that (alcohol for example) you will not be cured of alcoholism is 21 days. Can you change a behavior in 21 days? I guess the best idea for me to put forth is that if you absolutely want to change something in your life, without making any rational excuses to allow it to continue, it will take as long as it takes, but it will turn around.

I really do have 21 days left to turn things around and I'm going to give it a shot by doing the things I have to do! No napping.

If I had 21 days, I would tell my family and my boyfriend how much I love them every day multiple times and prove it. That would be the very best use of that time.
