EXCELLENT value for the dollar for a homework, work computer but it is NOT a gaming computer. High end gamers use desktop machines, upgrade vid card max out memory and dont put bad software on it. At its price point it cant be beat, but you must have realistic expectations if you want to game. I'd be looking at a 1520 or 1521 at the LEAST if dell, an XPS, a VOODOO or an Alienware
