It really depends on your health. If you are more active then you would need more water because you are losing more from working out or sweating more since you're active. It really depends on your body. I am a runner so I drink more than two liters a day and thats just to replace the water i lost throughout the day from breathing, sweating and bowel movements. An average adult body urinate 1.5 liter a day. So if you're active drink at least more than what is for an average person but don't drink excessively because that could be bad. For an average male, you should drink roughly 3 liters and average female, roughly 2.2 liters.

I drink at least 160 ounces of water a day! I have a container that has your daily allotment of water and drink 2 of those at work alone!

Water is usually the ONLY thing I drink. I probably drink 60 - 80 ounces a day.

Gatorade is in full supply at work, but I still only drink about 24 oz a day at the most. I just dont get thirsty that much.

more than the average. Football conditioning in full pads over 100 degrees is deadly. But we take brakes and such.

Not enough. Probably about 2 glasses but keeping in mind that they are with cordial.
