Physically? The dentist's assistant rubbing up against my elbow (on accident, I'm sure). Emotionally? Wanting to help a friend, but not really sure the correct way to go about it except to offer words of encouragement to them.

I have felt very contented today. I have been a little crazy thinking lately so I enjoyed todays emotions. I spent the day with my parents, a little with my dog, and my boyfriend and I went swimming. Peaceful and fun.
