Does anyone live in an iloft...and if so is it a good condominium to live in?

I dabble in real estate in Massachusetts. Recently I have been looking at loft condominiums, so I have been studying the market. They seem to be a great value to me. I think you have to like wide open spaces to be comfortable in one. Although in the Boston area, many come with private bedrooms and multiple baths, along with garage parking and backyards.
