a narwhal, it is a one horned whale(mammal that gives milk).
The protrusion might be a tusk, made of dentine, however the definition of a horn is anything that is hard, projecting and pointed. For instance; hornedbill bird, horned pout(fish with spiney fin), horned owl(pointy ear tufts),antlers or horns on deer(made of bone). Horns on Rhinos are made from keratin( material in hair and fingernails).

Rhinoceroses have either one or two horns, one behind the other. The narwhal has one horn but it really isn't a horn at all, it is a tooth just as the tusks of elephants, pigs and walruses are teeth.

I believe the Sumatran Rhino has one horn. Most species of Rhino have two. The Norwhal has a tusk or tooth not a horn.
No the Sumatran has two.
