Kaitlyn Gordon sounds ok to me but I know what you mean, its the 'nnn' sound that makes it flow a little weird.
Something without the 'n' on the end would be better, that way it wouldn't be a repetitive name. But if you love it, then use it.

It's a bit awkward when they are both two-syllable names with the accent on the first syllables AND both ending with an "n".

Apart from that, Kaitlyn is a name positively done-to-death in the last fifteen years. (Save it for your grandchildren).

Katherine or Katrina sound a bit better with Gordon. (Just an opinion)
