A deep-dish crust...I would use olive oil and then a sprinkling of salt, pepper, red pepper, and garlic. Then a thick layer of tomato sauce.
Two layers of cheese...not only mozzarella but provolone, romano, Monterrery Jack and gorgonzola.
In between the cheese layers...pepperoni, mushrooms, sweet red peppers, and ground beef.
After baking, I do a light layer of garlic butter around the edge of the crust.
Wash it down with a beer and BINGO! The perfect pizza. :)

My perfect pizza doesn't exist. My perfect pizza doesn't have so much greese on it that I have to mop it up. But basically a cheese pizza will do.

ewlala my perfect pizza is a really really deep dish crust with little sauce a medium amount of cheese and pinapple. ewlala yummy!!!!
