Hi, my father purchased a non expiring 7 day park hopper pass 2 years ago. The thing is he only used 6 of the days, so my question is can I use his left over day at the parks. Just want to make sure I can use it and not just him. Im leaving friday so just want to make sure.

Thanks in Advance,
Matthew

Since your dad has the Magic Your Way Pass it was more than likely used after January 2, 2005, when Disney started using biometric finger scanner for all ticket media. With the finger scanner in place, only the original person using the ticket may use it there after.

If you were to try and use it there is a really good chance that you will not be able to get in with it. If your fingerprint scan does not match they will ask you for id for proof that you are who you say you are. If you are not able to show them proof they can confiscate the ticket, so even for one day I'm not sure I would risk losing your dads pass, it would probably be a lot easier to just get another one.

Hope this helps!

Park Hopper is connected to your regular park ticket if you purchase this option. I highly recommend it if you are staying in Disney for more than a few days. Once you've seen all the parks you can spend the rest of your days down there picking and choosing attractions that you would like to visit again. The Park Hopper allows you to bounce around from park to park in a single day. It's well worth the extra money!

I want to say no. I think by that time they had started using the fingerprint technology. (You have to have your finger scanned when you enter the park.)

If you're going to be there a few days anyway, you could always try on the first day so that you don't end up buying unused days on the pass that you buy.

If I'm not mistaken once you've used the park hopper, even if it says 7 days, it will start counting on the first time that you use it. So I think you can't use it anymore. But you can always check the disney world site just to be perfectly sure.

First, the new fingerprint technology will probably not let you use it. And second, all tickets say that they are non-transferrable. So no, you'll just have to buy a new one!

Don't even bother. They use the fingerprint thingy now. One time I used a different finger to try to get it and it did not go throught.

Look at the ticket--if his name is printed on it you can not use it--I would call disney just to make sure, they keep changing the rules with the tix~~~~
