how do you contact a celebrity for a non profit campaign if there is no information on their managers or anyone related to them..?

You can go through their management or fan site.

I would begin with their website. There is probably a contact form. Frankly, it's much better to contact them from a mutual acquaintance. Without that, it will be very difficult.
