yes, most males do it. It is said to prevent prostate problems later in life and help you last longer. I think it is only bad when it becomes a problem like masturbating 5 times a day that is not healthy. Or it becomes an addiction.

There is nothing bad about masturbation. It can reduce stress, and its said that can even help prevent prostate cancer (don't know how true that is though).
