I lean on God and prayer. One must also use their intelligence to realize down is temporary. It is not a forever thing but can be a learning thing. When I am in the valley of despair I pray for God to hurry and teach me what I need to know so I can get back on the mountain top. That is the joy of having a spiritual relationship...it means you never have to walk alone. Mmm

I turn to the strongest person I know. Usually guys are the problem, they hit me, thats usually what makes me sad, so I turn to a guy in my class that hates guys hitting girls, if it isn't that, then I turn to someone who is wise and is high in experiences, like my friend.
