I watch them both, and I have every dubbed DVD that has been released... but I think I prefer the subtitled version. For some reason I find "Richard's" English voice kind of grating.

Also, there are a lot of import and fansub episodes beyond what has been dubbed, so if you limit yourself to dubs, you'll miss some great episodes, story arcs, and movies. "Magician of the Silver Sky" (the 8th movie) is one of my favorites.
