Bonds has broken the homerun record, but there will always be that question shadowing him of wether or not he used steroids to achieve the record. What do you think?

I guess "The Mick 7" is suffering the same alcoholism symptoms that Mickey Mantle did..... Barry Bonds, steroids or not, is the home run leader for a season (73) and career (762). Fake fans and bandwagoners choose not to recognize it because they are ignorant and want to start trouble with true baseball fans here. So-called "baseball purists" (sounds like a vegetarian cult that attends baseball games) dont know what they're talking about because Ty Cobb was a racist, Mickey Mantle was an alcoholic, George Herman Ruth was an alcoholic and womanizer with an eating disorder, Henry Aaron abused amphetamines (speed) and Pete Rose was busted for gambling while employed as a manager/player. Barry Bonds never was suspended or fired because his PED usage occurred while under doctor's orders and his "extracurricular" use occurred while steroids and HGH were not yet banned or made illegal in baseball, thanks to Bud Selig. The "commish" should be the target of all fake fans and bandwagoners for letting PED use get out of hand, and not the players.....

The other night I was watching some tidbit on sports and they talked about the GROWING OF BONDS. At 26 years old he was a neat slinder 178 pounds. Several years later he was sitting at 200 pounds. Now he is a mountain of a man. How did he progress to what he is today?? I firmly believe it was a matter of roids. I think his record is tainted and someday it will all come to light. If he were a white man the s** would have hit the fan several years ago. I think it sucks that one of baseballs greatest hitters in Pete Rose was banned forever for betting on baseball and these roids users are given a free ride because baseball big shots have no grit.

Well it really isn't a debate, cuz he took steroids, it's a fact. That's what the Mitchell investigation is about, it's a perjury case because Barry Bonds said he didn't knowingly use steroids, and now his health coach is in prison. He took steroids, it's not debatable, it's a fact. IT'S A TAINTED RECORD, BARRY BONDS HAS HIT 756* CAREER HOMERUNS. That's it.

In the end the majority are seldom ever right. That's why democracy doesn't work, only the facts decide what is in fact true.

I choose to believe the facts will tell the tale, and in all logic and from what I have read and seen, they will without a doubt prove Bond's as a ROIDS user. That's just my opinion but the facts have been piling up and it's going to get to a point where Bonds will be guilty by all accounts except being caught red handed, like circumstantial evidence, HEAVY circumstancial evidence, backed up by physical evidence without prints.

If there's to be an asterisk, it should read:

*this record was set during the period Baseball was abandoned to Bud Selig, who completely lost control of the players and teams, and allowed drugging to put more fans in the seats. Barry Bonds, however, was never disciplined, accused, or suspended for steroid use.

Even though he may not have earned all those home runs the natural way. It is undeniable that he is an amazing hitter and is one of the most talented baseball players to ever play the game. I know people who use steroids and are not great athletes even though they may look enormous and can lift obscene amounts of weight. When it comes down to it Barry is extremely talented and actually hit a lot of home runs before his suspected steroid era. even if drugs may have helped on his path to glory I still have to tip my hat because it was a hell of an achievment steroids or not.

Does anyone know where I can go to see the fans fighting over the 756 ball. I heard it was blood everywhere in the stands. Someone post the link that shows the fans in the stand

He was very emotional about the home run hit but he will be forever over shadowed by the steroids incident unfortunately.

I think a miss is as good as a mile, and that the clean-living baseball heroes of the past could run rings around this freak if they, too, had used chemicals instead of their God-given gifts.
