Last Friday I got a partial fill of my prescription because I couldn't afford the full scrip at the time. I'm supposed to go camping this weekend and won't be able to pick the rest (or some) of it up this Friday as planned and will obviously run out. So my question is, will Walgreen's let me pick my scrip up early by about 2 days? And will they let me partially refill it? I really don't want to delay the trip, so any advice will be much appreciated. Thank you!

Depends on what kind of pill it is. If it is a controlled substance, then most likely not. If it's just regular meds- then they almost certainly will, especially if you explain your situation. There is nothing they can do about filling controls early- the pharmacist could lose their license.

Go in person to the pharmacy and explain your situation to the pharmacist. There are times when prescriptions can be obtained in smaller dosages and exceptions made when you plan to be out of town. But you have to talk to them in person to see if the exception can be made.
Good luck

They should let you purchase as many pills as you wish up to the full number of pills the prescription was written for.

If you are paying with your own money and not with insurance, it is not an issue. You can pick up as many as you want.

Ask Walgreen's. Only they can tell you for sure.
