It will decrease.

Realize that as you move down a group, the atom gets larger and the nucleus (positive charges) is further away from the edge of the atom. So it is harder to attract new electrons

Electronegativity increases as you go up and to the right of the periodic table, making flourine the most electronegative atom. Therefore flourine pulls A LOT of electron density towards itself. So by moving down a group you are decreasing electronegativity and decreasing the affinity it has for electrons.
