Well if you want to keep them and take care of them make sure their environment is moist. It is a good idea to get a tank and spray water frequently and is at room temperature. You should never put too much water and snails should never be submerged in water also. Keep in mind snails need damp and humid environments. When building their environment put some soil there just cause curing cold weather they like to hibernate in there. They also live off of "decaying plants."

Crush them, salt them, or at the very least scrape them up and set them free outside. You don't want to keep any kind of snail that has hatched in your BATHROOM! Oh, and once you get rid of the critters hire a cleaning lady or call your mom to come help you out. You obviously need some cleaning lessons! YUCK!

I heard that some snails actually like beer. I think it's the hops in the beer. But I don't think this would be a viable source for good nutrition. Sorry i can't be any more help.

To take care of them, you find a nice bush, and let them go. In a small cage, they will not be as healthy as they would in "the wild". Find the mollusk section while you are at it.

Keep them in a cage with damp soil and dead leaves.

Mist the cage every day. They have to be in a moist environment .
