Is this car considered fast?

I'm about to buy a 99' Trans Am. Idk exactly what the guy put in it, but it has 370hp and about 360-365 ft.-lbs. tq.

Yeah, it'll be fast but I hope you're a good mechanic because it will require a lot of loving maintenance to stay that way.

sounds like its the ws6 trans am, yea its a pretty fast car
