Now, you see? The kids have more activity than you do. They have more energy. They don't go to bed at 3am and sleep until 3 in the afternoon. so, more than likely... They are going to be outside playing and screaming.

You telling them to shut up isn't going to help any just like when some next door neighbor at my grandparent's house told me, my uncle, and sister he was going to "kill us" for having fun on the trampoline (at 5pm) didn't help any. Only get the police called on him.

Chill out. It's not like they're doing it at 5 am. This world doesn't revolve around you, princess. and not many people sleep their life away like you. Maybe you should think about actually getting a life.

EmaWeeE you must have forgotten what it was like to be a little kid.I remember my girls would be up bright and early and be outside on their little powder puff big wheels. Now there was a noise maker. My neighbours still talk to me in spite of a few early mornings. EmaWeeE it is important to get adequate sleep for you to maintain your health. Try going to bed a little earlier and you won't be so grumpy. In answer to your question no you sholudn't yell at the little kids, that would make you a bully as well as spoiled. Just a thought, do you think that yelling out the window might disturb the neighbours ?Take care.

get a life. go to bed before 3 or 4 am. most children are awake before 8 am. so that's their afternoon. you can't stop them from playing in their own yard. now, when your neighbor is outside screaming at 6 am... that's a little bit much..

but you should be awake by 10 am. you shouldn't be going to bed around 3 or 4 am. that is just highly unhealthy and causes soooo many body issues. your metabolism gets screwed up and you could start gaining weight. you could also screw up your sleeping patterns for life.

don't yell at the kids. get ear plugs if you really can't deal with it.

Then maybe you should go to bed earlier then 3 or 4 in the morning. 10 is not early, and the little kids have a right to be outside enjoying themselves just as you have a right to sleep, so if you insist on staying up that late then invest in some ear pulgs.

no you may not. they have every right to play. i once heard this same sort of question voiced on dear abby i believe and she said and i agree with her that i'd rather them be out there playing and having fun than be hanging with gangs or something else bad. now im sure you are talking little kids but in their case id rather they be autside than inside in front of the tv. if it really bothers you then go to bed earlier or nicely place a note on your neighbors door stating that you sleep late and the kids wake you in the mornings....then state what time you wake nd ask if their outside time could be pt off just a bit. but if you don't wake til after 11 then i think you will have to learn to deal.

Man, what's it like to sleep in? I haven't slept in for around 4 months. I go to school (yes, I'm taking summer classes at a college) and that starts at 8, and on the weekends I start work at 7 am.

Maybe you need to do something productive? I doubt you're doing anything until like 2 or 3 am, other than watching tv and playing the computer. Get a job.

10 am is not early. Doesn't the fact that most people answering here say that it's not early make you realise that? It's a perfectly reasonable hour. If you need more sleep go to bed earlier. It's very simple.

10 a.m. Please that is no early. Just because you stayed out all night or up all night doesn't mean that they need to be quiet for you. Why is it there fault that you don't go to bed at a normal time. You need to remember that kids generally go to bed around 8 or 9 at night. So they are generally up at 8 or 9. If you don't like being woken up by kids at 10 a.m. then maybe you should go to bed earlier also.

i think you have a piont but its 10 am it is a resonable time to play outside if you dont like it move or invesdt in some earplugs...and dont yell they could think you are the scary mean neighbor who lives next door and it will get the parents mad you are yelling at their kids. talk to the parents and ask if they could comeout a little later or be a little quiet... but yelling at the kids will give you a bad rep and the parent will hate it...
