Double Spacing is when you type in one line and leave the
next line blank. Just like i wrote this answer. You computer
has to have a very easy way to do this. just go to Format,
Paragraph, Line Spacing: and choose double. This is done
in Microsoft Word. Hope that helps.

If you are using a computer and Microsoft Word you simply click on format and then double space. If you are writing the assignment by hand you write on one line and then skip the next line. Double spacing means to have a blank line between each line of writing.

Normally when you type and hit enter it leaves a space between the lines. Double spacing means hitting enter twice
like this. In Word you can also set it to automatically double space when you hit enter once. Go to Format--Paragraph, in that box you'll see spacing, click on the arrow and select double.
