The official starter is Taylor, but Jones-Drew will also get a lot of carries. They will split carries, but Taylor will get more.

Fred Taylor is the starting running, but Maurice Drew is the change of pace back. In today NFL you need two backs like the Saints with Deuce McCallister and Reggie Bush. Plus Maurice is a returner too, you can use him as an all round player, who's can get alot of thing done. He's the steal of last year draft.

well that is a tough question. Now fred taylor is the expectant but marice jones-drew had a fabulous year for a rookie. my hypothesis is that they will play both of them during the preseason and training camp and figure it out then. they could play a two back in the regular season.

They will be splitting the carries in the preseason to see who is the better RB and who will start in the regular season.
