I'd say it's a tie between Mister Robinson's Neighborhood (young Eddie Murphy) and the Celebrity Jeopardy skits with Darrel Hammond as Sean Connery.

The Celebrity Jeopardy skit with Sean Connery picking The Rapists for 800. When its supposed to be Therapists. LOL!
Also, the commercial skit they did with the Law & Order guy for Old Glory killer robot insurance. That was ******* hilarious! Look up Old Glory on YouTube if you haven't seen it.

The Spartan Cheerleaders hands down! I LOVE them! WHERE is their movie? I can't believe they missed that opportunity. Much funnier than Mary Catherine and the Club boy skit that got major movies.
I love Cheri O' Terry's grumpy neighbor lady too. "This your ball in my yard? Ok, Ok, it's mine now!" LOL!
A very, very close second to the cheerleaders is the middle school music teachers. I laugh so hard I cry, literally.

There's a few. First is the land shark where Chevy Chase goes around trying to get into people's houses to eat them, then there's Colonel Angus when Christopher Walken hosted. Also whenver the phrase "Jane you ignorant s1ut" was uttered.

I liked it when Will Ferrell would play Alex Trebek and the guy who played Sean Connery would give him a hard time which would drive Alex nuts. Also, the question/answer categories were very hilarious.

Truthfully, I really don't watch SNL that often, but I do remember this one with Natalie Portman and Jamba Juice... LOL. I couldn't stop laughing after watching that one.
