This saying must be for a man. I am female, and it has made me tired and fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rest does a body good. Good nutrition does the body good. Wisdom comes from God, wealth (it has many forms) will cause either stress or joy (depends on if you allow it to consume you)

If you are tired, and out of shape, then I have two words for you. STOP IT!

Late to bed, late to rise, gives me a belly and honking horse thighs. I am a guy who does not believe in this old wife's tale. This probably origanted to get kids to go to bed. Ever try getting a 4 yr old to sleep who is on a sugar buzz? Tricky, let me tell ya.
