I need to learn about club promotion in atlanta?

I am tryin to start an event promotion company in atlanta. I have investors an office but I need more background information

I have plenty of hospitality experience as well as experience in event planning. What I am really focused on finding more about the money aspect of the club promotion market.

It sounds as if you don't have any experience in event planning. Do you read the society pages? Have you worked in the event planning industry? Do you have contacts in all of the subspecialties you will need [entertainment, food service, flowers, decorations, etc.]?

The two most frequent reasons for failure in any new business are underfunding and inexperience. I don't know about the $ yo have, but you certainly lack the experience.

Your best bet is to either buy an existing business and have the owner train you or hire an experienced event planner to be your manager. You may have to offer him/her some ownership to get them to sign on with you.
